SUPPORT GROUPS - Our Support Groups provide a safe and supportive environment where members can share their experiences and support each other. These groups foster solidarity, empathy, and personal empowerment, allowing participants to know they are not alone in their struggles.
Peer Support: Members support each other through shared experiences, fostering solidarity and empathy.
Informal Structure: Less structured, often without professional facilitation, and allows for open discussion.
Shared Experiences: Formed around common challenges like grief or addiction recovery.

Flexible Attendance: Participants can come and go as needed, with less emphasis on regular attendance.
